For Participants

Participant Advisory Board

We are reaching out to all Princeton Lipid Research Study participants to help us form an Advisory Board. We’d like to know what you are thinking and what’s important to you! What would you like to see? How would you like study visits to go? Are there any topics you would like us to research? What should we focus on in the future? The board will meet up to 4 times a year (virtually) and there will be an incentive given to participate.

The engagement and insight from the board will provide us important knowledge which we can use to improve the relationships we have with our participants. Advisory Boards are convened to help the Princeton Lipid Research Study investigators at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) understand how to make this study more relevant to you as participants, and how the study should be positioned moving forward. We are particularly interested in understanding differences in how families and individual participants view the study, and ways that we can work together to improve communications, engagement, and follow-up.

  • The Princeton Lipid Research Study Participant Advisory Board will meet virtually 4 times in the next year — you don’t need to live in the Cincinnati area to participate. In fact, we hope some who have moved away will be part of this advisory group!

  • Participants will be paid for their time.
